I’m a strategic User Experience and Service Designer who focuses on understanding user needs through research. My formal training in industrial design places an emphasis on prototyping and testing designs with real users.
Combining a robust understanding of User Experience, User Interface & Service Design practices allows me to deliver a high level of finish on broad range of projects. My experience with Sketch, Principle, Invision, After Effects, and Axure, equips me with the skills to produce work efficiently and effectively.
The last 2 years in London have allowed me to work and build a studio with the great people at Designit, as well as freelance for CX Partners and Nice Agency. During this time I've lead projects with companies like Lloyds Banking Group, Eurostar, Castrol, BP and Euroconsumers to deliver projects that provide user value at scale.
As a consultant at Tigerspike and Symplicit, I worked on projects for Indosat, NSW Family and Community Services, Telstra, Rockend and Westpac.
During my time at Canon’s research and development company, CISRA, I focused on the future of digital interfaces. This included augmented reality for heads-up displays and projection, as well as interfaces for cameras and printers.

Senior User Experience Designer

Working with Nice Agency, CX Partners & Designit on a range of projects for clients in the consumer goods, travel, financial & energy sectors.
Collaborated with directors, user experience and interface designers, and developers to deliver strategic projects. Lead research projects and explore design opportunities and produce vision roadmaps.
Developed UX design principles for a large government human services digital solution. Successfully collaborated and delivered an intensive telecommunications project with a leading management consultancy on site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Delivered experience design projects in consultation with Directors, Management and Project Management. Collaborated with Directors, Leads and Management to establish project goals, activities, deliverables and success metrics. Delivered on-time and on budget and manage the day-to-day efforts of creating deliverables.
Contributed to an active understanding of the Symplicit experience design process and advocated this methodology and philosophy to clients, potential clients and other UCD professionals.
Assisted Lead UX practitioners in the execution of a full range of user-based testing and evaluation methods such as heuristic evaluations, user-testing and concept testing with prototypes, contextual inquiries, diary studies, group sessions and survey creation.
User Experience Designer

Researched and develop concepts for Canon’s markets: consumer, medical and commercial. Generated use cases and explored each concept stage using sketching, storyboarding, illustration and video presentations. Produced high quality in-house concept videos and presentation material within a short timeframe.
Managed fluid communication between international clients at Canon Inc. Japan by ensuring concepts were executed with a high level of clarity. Conducted user observations and testing.
Offered a full-time role after demonstrating initiative as an intern.
